Convitto Palmieri – Lecce

Inspired by the journey of swallows, Hirundo (the Latin name for this migratory bird) represents an exploration of space, an adaptation attempt preceded by the discovery of an androgynous, foreign body. Movement originates from the hands, symbolizing an extension of creative thought in art. Fragmentation, graphic sharpness, and choreographic suspension merge with abstraction, forming a formal and essential language where body and sound are laid bare for observation and listening.

Miriana Moschetti, born in 1995, has studied acting and dance since she was 16. In 2023, she graduated from AMA – Accademia Mediterranea dell’Attore in Lecce, where she currently lives, and from NOHA by Marisa Ragazzo and Omid Ighani. That same year, she participated in the “Vetrina della giovane danza d’autore” within the ANTICORPI XL Dance Network with HIRUNDO(firststudy), later selected for the “NEW TRAJECTORIES 2023” author training program.
